摘要
眼睑疖肿严重影响患者外貌及生活质量，本文总结1例耳穴放血联合刮痧治疗眼睑疖肿患者的护理经验。基于护理评估和中医的辨证分型，患者接受全方位的护理，包括生活指导、常规用药、饮食护理及情志护理。此外，采用耳尖穴和耳垂眼穴放血疗法及大椎刮痧中医护理疗法，有效改善了患者上睑下垂、眼睑皮肤红肿和眼球活动受限等症状，进而提高了患者的睡眠及生活质量。
Abstract
Eyelid furunculosis seriously affects the appearance and quality of life of patients. This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of auricular bleeding combined with gua sha in the treatment of eyelid furunculosis. Based on nursing assessment and TCM syndrome differentiation， patients received a full range of nursing， including life guidance， routine medication， diet care and emotional care. In addition， the use of eartip point and earlobe eye point bloodletting therapy and Dazhi Gua sha traditional Chinese medicine care therapy， effectively improve the patients with ptosis， eyelid skin red swelling and limited eye movement symptoms， and then improve the patients' sleep and quality of life.
