摘要

本文总结1例耳穴贴压联合耳尖放血治疗肝阳上亢型眩晕合并失眠患者的护理经验。在完善各项临床检查后，结合中医辨证施护理论，实施耳穴贴压联合耳尖放血，治疗期间配合常规护理、情志护理及健康宣教。经治疗，患者的眩晕症状得到有效缓解，负面情绪减轻，睡眠质量得到提高。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of auricular point sticking combined with auricular tip bloodletting in the treatment of hyperactive liver-yang vertigo complicated with insomnia. After improving various clinical examinations， combined with the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and care， the implementation of auricular point sticking combined with ear tip bleeding， routine nursing， emotional nursing and health education during treatment. After treatment， the vertigo symptoms of patients have been effectively alleviated， negative emotions have been reduced， and sleep quality has been improved.
