摘要

本文回顾1例风温肺热病患者的临床资料，总结运用穴位贴敷联合拍痰杯治疗患者咳嗽咳痰症状的护理经验。基于风温肺热病中医辨证分型，在完善护理评估和诊断的基础上，联合应用穴位贴敷和拍痰杯叩击排痰，同时配合生命体征检测、用药护理、饮食护理、情志护理等常规护理干预，有效改善咳嗽咳痰症状。

Abstract

This paper reviewed the clinical data of a patient with wind-warm lung-heat syndrome， and summeirzed the effect of acupoint application combined with sputum excretion cup and nursing practice in relieving cough and phlegm symptoms.Base on the Traditional Chinese Medicine sydromn differentiation and comprehensive nursing assessment， the acupoint application combined with sputum excretion by back percussion massage were carried out to relieve the cough and phlegm symptoms. The patient received a comprehensive nursing plan including vital signs mornitoring， medication care， diet guidance and psychological care.
