摘要

本文总结1例采用穴位按摩联合穴位放血治疗急性缺血性脑卒中后动眼神经麻痹的护理经验。通过科学的护理辨证及辨证分型为患者制定个体化的护理方案，在早期康复中结合疾病与患者的特点实施中医护理适宜技术，穴位按摩联合穴位放血治疗，对缩短患者治疗时间，促进患者功能恢复，为患者建立战胜疾病的信心，提高患者的生活质量起到积极作用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of 1 case of oculomotor nerve paralysis after acute ischemic stroke treated by acupoint massage combined with acupoint bloodletting. Through scientific nursing syndrome differentiation and syndrome classification， individual nursing plans are formulated for patients， appropriate techniques of traditional Chinese medicine nursing are implemented in combination with the characteristics of the disease and the patient in early rehabilitation， and acupressure combined with acupoint bloodletting therapy plays a positive role in shortening the treatment time of patients， promoting the functional recovery of patients， building the confidence of patients to overcome the disease， and improving the quality of life of patients.
