摘要

本文总结1例终末期多脏器衰竭患者的安宁疗护实践经验，对患者及家属进行多方面的护理，应用中医情志护理，提供舒适照护，解决躯体问题，提供心理支持；尊重患者及家属的自主决策权，共同制定安宁疗护照护计划，指导家属有效参与护理，改善患者心理情绪，减轻病痛。

Abstract

This article summarizes the palliative care practice experience of a terminally ill patient with multi-organ failure， providing comprehensive care for the patient and family， using traditional Chinese medicine emotional care， providing comfortable care， addressing physical problems， and providing psychological support. Respecting the patient and family's right to autonomous decision-making， a plan for palliative care was jointly formulated， guiding family members to effectively participate in care， improving the patient's psychological and emotional state， and alleviating pain.
