摘要

本文总结1例小儿重症肺炎的中西医结合护理经验。基于护理评估实施中医辨证施护，在体温护理、情志护理等干预措施基础上，给予口服中药汤剂以疏风清热，辅以中医护理适宜技术穴位贴敷以健脾和胃，耳穴贴压以宣肺利气，中药浴以发汗退热，进而调理脏腑，有效控制肺部感染，提高患儿免疫力，促进康复。

Abstract

This article summarized the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing management of severe pneumonia in a child. A Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing plan by syndrome differentiation was established based on the comprehensive nursing assessment. In addition to body temperature monitoring and emotional care， oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine decoction and Traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques such as acupoint application， auricular acupoint pressing and Chinese herbal medicine bath were carried out to regulate the function of zang-fu organs， control lung infection， improve the immune function and recovery of the child.
