摘要
本文总结1例肌萎缩侧索硬化征合并重症肺炎患者的中西医结合护理经验。根据中医基本理论，对患者实施耳针治疗改善睡眠、中药热敷疗法改善肌肉萎缩及肌肉跳痛等中医特色适宜技术，配合有创呼吸机支持治疗，强化呼吸机及各种管路的护理、及时的痰液引流，同时加强营养摄入，注重患者和家属的精神心理状态调整等西医护理技术，患者肺部感染得到有效控制，顺利出院。中西医结合护理促进了患者快速康复，降低了重症发生率，提高精准服务效率，降低治疗成本，为患者预后提供保障。
Abstract
This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis complicated with severe pneumonia. According to the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine， appropriate techniques with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics such as ear acupuncture treatment to improve sleep， traditional Chinese medicine hot compress therapy to improve muscle atrophy and muscle jumping pain are implemented for patients. In combination with invasive ventilator support treatment， nursing care for the ventilator and various pipelines is strengthened， timely sputum drainage is carried out， and nutritional intake is also strengthened. Attention is paid to adjusting the mental and psychological state of patients and their families， among other Western medical nursing techniques. The patient's lung infection is effectively controlled and discharged smoothly. The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing promotes rapid recovery of patients， reduces the incidence of severe illness， improves precision service efficiency， reduces treatment costs， and provides assurance for patient prognosis.
