摘要

本文总结1例应用全程护理干预模式治疗结肠癌造口术后皮肤黏膜分离伴营养不良患者的护理体会。针对患者的造口并发症，联合中医科、营养科、康复科及精神卫生科进行个性化护理干预，明显改善患者的营养状况及自理能力，促进患者健康结局转归。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with skin and mucosal separation and malnutrition after colon cancer stoma surgery treated with a full course nursing intervention model. In response to the complications of stoma in patients， personalized nursing interventions are carried out in conjunction with traditional Chinese medicine， nutrition， rehabilitation， and mental health departments， significantly improving the patient's nutritional status and self-care ability， and promoting the patient's health outcomes.
