摘要

本文总结了耳穴压丸、耳尖放血、耳部刮痧三联疗法治疗1例失眠患者的护理体会。根据中医辨证，运用中医非药物疗法，通过耳穴压丸、耳尖放血、耳部刮痧达到引邪出表、舒筋活络、养心安神、提高睡眠质量的目的，经干预，患者睡眠时间延长，负性情绪明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of insomnia treated by three combined therapy of auricular point pressure pill， auricular tip bloodletting and auricular gua sha. According to the dialectics of traditional Chinese medicine， the use of traditional Chinese medicine non-drug therapy， through the auricular point pressure pill， ear tip blood， ear scraping to achieve the purpose of inducing evil out of the surface， relaxing the muscle and activating the collars， nourishing the heart and soothing the mind， improving the quality of sleep， After intervention， the sleep time of patients was prolonged and the negative emotion was obviously improved.
