摘要

本文总结1例贲门失迟缓患者肠内营养支持的护理体会，重点为饮食干预、心理护理、胃肠置管、鼻胃置管喂养、腹部按摩，在中医推拿学的理论指导下，以经络学说为理论基础，配合胃肠管操作方法，达到改善患者营养状况的目的。

Abstract

This paper records the nursing experience of enteral nutrition support in a patient with cardiac achalasia， who was diagnosed by TCM as cough， damp-toxin accumulation syndrome， Qi stagnation and blood stasis. Western medicine diagnosed bacterial pneumonia， coronary arteriosclerosis， achalasia， type 2 diabetes， old cerebral infarction. The nursing focuses on diet intervention， psychological nursing， gastrointestinal tube， nasogastric tube feeding， abdominal massage， under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine massotherapy， taking the theory of channels and collaterals as the theoretical basis， and cooperating with gastrointestinal tube operation methods， to improve the nutritional status of patients. To investigate the effect of abdominal massage and acupoint stimulation on the success rate of indwelling gastrointestinal tube in patients with achalasia.
