摘要
本文总结1例混合痔患者手术的麻醉护理体会。探讨蛛网膜下腔麻醉围手术期麻醉护理的干预要点，根据蛛网膜下腔麻醉的特点，规范护理措施，通过中西医结合护理的干预，有效降低麻醉风险，保障患者手术麻醉的安全及舒适，减轻患者围手术期焦虑情绪，减少患者术后并发症的发生，提高患者的围手术期生活质量。
Abstract
This article summarizes the anesthesia nursing experience of a mixed hemorrhoid patient undergoing surgery. Exploring the intervention points of perioperative anesthesia nursing for subarachnoid anesthesia， based on the characteristics of subarachnoid anesthesia， standardizing nursing measures， and combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing interventions， effectively reducing anesthesia risks， ensuring the safety and comfort of surgical anesthesia for patients， reducing perioperative anxiety， reducing the occurrence of postoperative complications， and improving the quality of life of patients during the perioperative period.
