摘要
本文总结了耳穴贴压治疗1例顽固性尿潴留患者的护理体会，分析了耳穴贴压在混合痔术后尿潴留治疗的独特优势，阐述了耳穴贴压数据化按压的可行性及设计治疗方案的合理性。该病例尿潴留发作后，反复出现排尿不畅情况，在常规护理下，运用药物和中医技术进行干预，尿潴留缓解效果不明显，导致顽固性尿潴留。中医辨证论治运用耳穴贴压改良技术，提高了患者对治疗的信心和依从性，取得了较好临床效果，同时降低了伤口疼痛程度，改善了患者的睡眠质量，促进患者术后康复。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of auricular acupressure in the treatment of one patient with refractory urinary retention， analyzes the unique advantages of auricular acupressure in the treatment of urinary retention after mixed hemorrhoids， and expounds the feasibility of auricular acupressure and the rationality of designing treatment plans. After the onset of urinary retention， the case repeatedly had poor urination， and under the intervention of drugs and traditional Chinese medicine techniques under routine nursing， the alleviation effect of urinary retention was not obvious， resulting in intractable urinary retention. TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment uses auricular acupressure improvement technology to improve patients' confidence and compliance with treatment， and achieve good clinical results， while reducing wound pain， improving patients' sleep quality， and promoting postoperative recovery.
