摘要

本文总结1例急性炎性脱髓鞘性多发神经根神经病患者的中西医结合护理体会。患者入院后通过护理评估，基于中医辨证，在用药护理、呼吸道管理、皮肤护理、并发症预防、心里护理、营养支持等干预基础上，采用耳穴压丸改善患者精神，中药膏摩调理肠胃，针刺、电针治疗提高肌力，有效改善了患者不适症状，降低了并发症风险，促进了患者康复。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine. After the patient was admitted， nursing assessment was conducted based on traditional Chinese medicine differentiation. Interventions were carried out based on drug care， respiratory management， skin care， prevention of complications， psychological care， and nutritional support. In addition， ear acupoint pressure therapy was used to improve the patient's spirit， herbal ointment massage was used to regulate the stomach， acupuncture and electrical acupuncture were used to improve muscle strength， effectively improving the patient's discomfort symptoms， reducing the risk of complications， and promoting the patient's recovery.
