摘要
本文报告1例痰瘀互结型胸痹心痛病患者的护理过程，重点探讨铜砭刮痧联合耳穴贴压在胸痹心痛病患者护理中的应用效果。在完善各项临床检查后，实施中医特色护理技术铜砭刮痧联合耳穴贴压，治疗期间配合常规护理、情志护理及健康宣教。通过辨证施治，选取相应的经络、穴位进行干预，患者临床症状明显缓解，胸痹心痛病及胃肠疾病中医症候积分明显降低，提示两者联合能有效缓解胸痹心痛病患者的胸闷及胃脘不适症状，改善患者生活质量。
Abstract
This paper reported the nursing practice of a patient with chest numbness and pain of phlegm-stasis interlocking type， and focused on the application of Hufu Tongbian scraping combined with auricular acupoint sticking in treating chest numbness and pain. After the comprehensive clinical examination， the Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques including Hufu Tongbian Guasha and auricular acupoint sticking therapy were carried out. Through syndrome differentiation and treatment， the corresponding meridians and acupoints were selected for intervention. The clinical symptoms of the patient were significantly relieved， and the Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome scores of chest numbness， heart pain and gastrointestinal disorder were significantly decreased， indicating that the combination of Hufu Tongbian Guasha and auricular acupoint sticking therapy can effectively relieve chest numbness and epigastric discomfort symptoms of the patient with chest numbness and pain， and improve the quality of life of the patient.
