摘要
本文基于阶梯式护理模式应用中西医结合护理改善1例下肢多发性骨折患者的体会。通过对患者疼痛、肿胀、功能障碍、便秘及焦虑等症状的评估，识别出疼痛管理、肿胀控制、功能锻炼、改善便秘及缓解焦虑等关键问题，并据此实施相应护理措施。在疼痛与肿胀管理方面，通过药物、红光照射及中药热奄包等方法显著改善患者不适症状；便秘方面，通过耳穴压丸及按摩腹部，有效改善患者便秘状况；焦虑方面，通过情志护理，患者焦虑状态得以缓解；在功能锻炼上，根据患者康复情况逐步增加锻炼强度，有效促进患者关节活动和日常生活能力的恢复。整体而言，阶梯式护理模式在下肢多发性骨折患者护理中展现出显著效果，提高了患者的康复效果和生活质量。
Abstract
This article is based on the experience of using a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing to improve a patient with multiple lower limb fractures using a tiered nursing model. By evaluating the symptoms of pain， swelling， functional impairment， constipation， and anxiety in patients， key issues such as pain management， swelling control， functional exercise， improvement of constipation， and alleviation of anxiety are identified， and corresponding nursing measures are implemented accordingly. In terms of pain and swelling management， significant improvement in patient discomfort symptoms was achieved through medication， red light irradiation， and traditional Chinese medicine hot compress； In terms of constipation， ear acupressure pills and abdominal massage can effectively improve the patient's constipation condition； In terms of anxiety， through emotional care， the patient's anxiety state can be alleviated； In terms of functional exercise， gradually increasing the exercise intensity according to the patient's recovery situation can effectively promote the recovery of joint activity and daily living ability. Overall， the tiered nursing model has shown significant effects in the care of patients with multiple lower limb fractures， improving their rehabilitation outcomes and quality of life.
