摘要

本文总结1例中药膏摩治疗气滞血瘀型慢性1例盆腔炎性疾病患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证，借助中药膏摩治疗，并配以健康教育及饮食护理等全方位的综合护理干预，有效减轻了患者下腹部疼痛其不良心理状况，从而提升患者的生活质量。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a case of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease （PID） patient with qi stagnation and blood stasis treated with Chinese herbal ointment massage. Based on traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation， the patient was treated with Chinese herbal ointment massage， and combined with comprehensive nursing interventions including health education and dietary care， which effectively alleviated the patient's lower abdominal pain and negative psychological state， thereby improving the patient's quality of life.
