摘要

本文总结全息刮痧联合中药塌渍治疗1例胸腔镜下膈疝修补术后患者腹痛和腹胀的护理经验。通过护理评估及中医辨证为患者制定护理方案，并选用适宜的中医护理技术，加速胃肠道功能恢复，从而改善患者的食欲不振，纠正患者的营养失调，为患者建立战胜疾病的信心，提高患者的生活质量，为此类疾病的中西医结合治疗与护理提供借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes the treatment effect of the holographic Guasha combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine collapse stains and nursing measures for abdominal distension and pain in a patient after thoracoscopic repair of diaphragmatic hernia and nursing measures. Through nursing evaluation and Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation， nursing plans were formulated for the patient， and appropriate Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques were selected to accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function， thereby improving appetite loss， correcting nutritional imbalance， building confidence in overcoming diseases， and improving the quality of life of patients. This article also provides reference for the combined treatment and nursing of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in such cases.
