摘要

本文总结中药灌肠联合中药热奄包在1例重症急性胰腺炎患者腹胀中的临床效果，分析中药灌肠和中药热奄包技术在腹胀治疗中的独特优势和特点。该病例西医运用常规综合治疗，包括吸氧胃肠减压，营养支持抗感染，改善微循环及抑制胰液分泌等对症治疗改善患者整体状况，联合中医辨证论治，运用中药灌肠与中药热奄包技术内外兼攻，同时结合情志护理和饮食护理，有效减轻患者腹胀，缓解焦虑情绪，增加患者舒适度及满意度。

Abstract

This article summarizes the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot compress in the treatment of abdominal distension in a patient with severe acute pancreatitis， and analyzes the unique advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine enema and traditional Chinese medicine hot compress techniques in the treatment of abdominal distension. In this case， Western medicine applied conventional comprehensive treatment， including oxygen therapy for gastrointestinal decompression， nutritional support for anti infection， improvement of microcirculation， and inhibition of pancreatic juice secretion to improve the overall condition of the patient. Combined with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment， traditional Chinese medicine enema and traditional Chinese medicine hot compress technique were used to attack both internally and externally. At the same time， emotional and dietary care were combined to effectively reduce the patient's bloating， alleviate anxiety， and increase patient comfort and satisfaction.
