摘要

本文总结1例直肠癌切除低位吻合术后吻合口炎患者的护理体会。予患者抗感染治疗加中药颗粒口服，以活血化瘀、益气健脾，在完善护理评估的基础上予患者应用改良灌肠工具，实施中药保留灌肠，旨在改善患者临床症状，促进患者康复，提高治疗护理效果。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with anastomotic inflammation after rectal cancer resection and low anastomosis. Provide patients with anti infection treatment and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine granules to promote blood circulation， remove blood stasis， invigorate qi and strengthen spleen. Based on a comprehensive nursing evaluation， apply improved enema tools to patients and implement traditional Chinese medicine retention enema， aiming to improve patients' clinical symptoms， promote their recovery， and enhance the effectiveness of treatment and nursing.
