摘要
本文总结应用芒硝封包外敷疗法联合白脉软膏治疗1例全膝关节置换（TKA）术后患者患肢水肿的护理经验。患者入院后，根据患者膝关节的病变程度，在手术室麻醉下为患者实施左侧人工全膝关节置换术。术后针对患者进行个体化护理，包括密切观察病情、基础护理、皮肤护理、心理护理及健康教育等。基于中西医基础理论，运用快速康复理念，在康复护理环节中运用中医特色技术芒硝封包外敷联合白脉软膏外治，能够有效缓解患者左下肢肿胀、疼痛等症状，加速患者康复进程，提高护理质量，缩短患者的住院周期。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with limb edema after total knee arthroplasty （TKA） treated with mirabilite package and Baimai ointment therapy. After hospital admission， according to the severity of disease of the patient's knee joint， left limb TKA was performed under anesthesia in the operating room. After surgery， individualized nursing was carried out for the patient： observation of the condition， basic nursing， skin care， psychological nursing and health education. Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese and Western medicine， the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery was applied. Nursing measures such as the Traditional Chinese Medicine technology of mirabilite package and external treatment with Baimai ointment were applied， which effectively relieved the swelling and pain of the patient's left lower limb， accelerated the rapid rehabilitation process of the patient， improved the quality of nursing， and shortened the hospitalization period of the patient.
