摘要
本文总结1例艾灸配合耳穴贴压治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者椎间孔镜术后排尿困难的护理体会。患者因腰痛及下肢放射性疼痛入院，术后并发排尿困难，予患者中医护理、疼痛管理、温热放松护理、心理护理、神经功能监测及便秘护理等综合护理干预后，患者的排尿困难和疼痛症状得到显著缓解并成功出院。本案例强调中医护理在术后并发症管理和促进患者快速康复中的关键作用，以期为类似疾病患者的临床护理提供借鉴。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with lumbar disc herniation treated with moxibustion combined with ear acupressure for postoperative urinary difficulties after intervertebral foramen endoscopy. The patient was admitted to the hospital due to lower back pain and radiation pain in the lower limbs. After surgery， the patient developed difficulty urinating. After comprehensive nursing interventions including traditional Chinese medicine nursing， pain management， thermal relaxation nursing， psychological nursing， neurological function monitoring， and constipation nursing， the patient's difficulty urinating and pain symptoms were significantly relieved and the patient was successfully discharged. This case emphasizes the key role of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in postoperative complication management and promoting rapid recovery of patients， in order to provide reference for clinical nursing of patients with similar diseases.
