摘要

本文总结1例椎管内肿物患者围手术期的中医护理体会。椎管内肿物在中医学中属瘘证及痹证范畴，根据患者的病情状况，通过辨证分析为患者制定个体化治疗方式与护理方案，运用微通道手术及中医特色技术，如耳穴压丸、中药膏摩等围手术期护理方式，促进患者康复进程，减轻患者痛苦，提高生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of traditional Chinese medicine nursing during the perioperative period of a patient with a spinal canal tumor. Intraspinal tumors belong to the category of fistula syndrome and Bi syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine. Based on the patient's condition， individualized treatment methods and nursing plans are developed through syndrome differentiation analysis. Microchannel surgery and traditional Chinese medicine characteristic techniques， such as ear acupressure pills， Chinese herbal ointments and other perioperative nursing methods， are used to promote the patient's recovery process， alleviate their pain， and improve their quality of life.
