摘要

克雅氏病（CJD）是朊蛋白病毒所致的中枢神经系统疾病，该病潜伏期长且病死率为100%，目前尚无有效的治疗方法与普遍的临床护理经验。本文选取1例散发型CJD患者，针对该患者实际予中西医结合治疗及护理措施，中医认为克雅氏病与肝风、痰湿有关，故予患者中药汤剂镇惊安神、养阴清肝，穴位贴敷治疗改善患者肌阵挛及肢体抽搐，耳尖放血治疗缓解患者发热症状，配合五音疗法及穴位按摩调情志等护理措施。通过中西医结合治疗与护理改善患者临床症状，提高患者临终护理质量。

Abstract

Creutzfeldt Jakob disease （CJD） is a central nervous system disease caused by the prion protein virus. The disease has a long incubation period and a mortality rate of 100%. Currently， there is no effective treatment method or universal clinical nursing experience. This article selects a case of sporadic CJD patient and provides a combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing measures for the patient. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that Crohn's disease is related to liver wind and phlegm dampness. Therefore， the patient is treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction to calm the nerves， nourish yin and clear the liver， acupoint application to improve muscle spasms and limb twitches， ear tip bloodletting treatment to alleviate fever symptoms， and nursing measures such as pentatonic therapy and acupoint massage to stimulate mood. Improving patients' clinical symptoms and enhancing the quality of end-of-life care through the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment and nursing.
