摘要

本文总结皮内针治疗1例中风后患者失眠的护理体会。患者左侧肢体力弱，入睡困难，多梦易醒，醒后心慌则难再入睡，每晚睡3～4 h，入院后及时给予护理评估，根据患者睡眠情况伴随的不同症状实施不同穴位的皮内针治疗，患者失眠质量得到提高，睡眠时间延长，效果满意。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using intradermal needles to treat insomnia in a patient with stroke. The patient has weak left limb strength， difficulty falling asleep， frequent dreams， and difficulty falling back asleep after waking up with palpitations. They sleep for 3-4 hours every night and receive timely nursing evaluation upon admission. Different acupoints of intradermal acupuncture treatment are implemented based on the patient's sleep symptoms. The quality of insomnia in the patient has been improved， sleep time has been prolonged， and the effect is satisfactory.
