摘要

本文总结1例耳穴贴压联合艾灸用于治疗肺脾气虚型遗尿患儿的护理体会，具体包括阐述该证型的病因病机、取穴依据及操作方法。通过予患儿耳穴贴压联合艾灸治疗，疗效确切，安全有效，易为患儿接受，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of treating enuresis in a child with lung spleen qi deficiency type by applying ear acupressure combined with moxibustion， including elaborating on the etiology and pathogenesis of this syndrome， the basis for acupoint selection， and the operating methods. The combination of ear acupressure and moxibustion treatment for pediatric patients has definite therapeutic effects， is safe and effective， and is easily accepted by pediatric patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
