摘要

本文总结1例肺间质纤维化合并细菌性肺炎患者应用中医外治法的护理要点。由于肺间质纤维化合并细菌性肺炎症状较多，病情进展快，在此治疗期间采用多学科团队协作（MDT）模式进行护理会诊，根据中医整体护理观念，制定相应护理计划，采用中西医结合护理护理措施，最终缓解患者症状，有效提高患者的生存质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing points of a patient with pulmonary interstitial fibrosis complicated with bacterial pneumonia who received external treatment with traditional Chinese medicine. Due to the frequent symptoms and rapid progression of pulmonary interstitial fibrosis combined with bacterial pneumonia， a multidisciplinary team collaboration （MDT） model was adopted for nursing consultation during this treatment period. Based on the concept of holistic nursing in traditional Chinese medicine， corresponding nursing plans were formulated， and a combination of Chinese and Western medicine nursing measures were adopted to ultimately alleviate the patient's symptoms and effectively improve their quality of life.
