摘要

本院接收1例透析肌肉痉挛患者，中医诊断为关格病（脾肾两虚证），西医诊断为慢性肾功能不全、尿毒症期肾性贫血、高血压3级（极高危）及血小板减少，临床表现为透析过程中持续数分钟的肌肉痉挛，伴有疼痛感。临床对于肌肉痉挛情况给予电针脉冲疗法联合中药愈痛膏点揉按摩，患者的肌肉痉挛时间与发作频率均下降，具有较好的临床效果。在治疗过程中以PBL教学模式对护理人员进行教学，有效提升了护理团队对透析肌肉痉挛患者的护理质量。

Abstract

Our hospital received a patient with muscle spasms during dialysis. The traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis was Guan Ge disease （spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome）， while the Western medicine diagnosis was chronic renal insufficiency， uremic stage renal anemia， grade 3 hypertension （extremely high risk）， and thrombocytopenia. The clinical manifestation was muscle spasms lasting for several minutes during dialysis， accompanied by pain. In clinical practice， electroacupuncture pulse therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine Yutong ointment point massage is used to treat muscle spasms， which reduces the duration and frequency of muscle spasms in patients and has a good clinical effect. During the treatment process， PBL teaching mode was used to teach nursing staff， effectively improving the nursing quality of the nursing team for dialysis muscle spasm patients.
