摘要

本文总结1例晚期下咽恶性肿瘤伴淋巴结转移、骨转移患者终末期采用中医适宜技术联合呼吸困难想象疗法的实践经验。运用耳针穴位治疗、穴位按摩、穴位贴敷、中药热熨敷等中医适宜技术联合呼吸困难想象疗法，有效缓解患者呼吸困难、疼痛、疲乏、失眠、便秘等不适症状，提升患者的心理健康水平，减少痛苦，增强生活质量。

Abstract

To summarize the practical experience of using Chinese traditional medicine suitable technologies combined with imaginative breathing difficulty therapy for a terminal stage patient with hypopharyngeal malignant tumor and lymph node metastasis， bone metastasis. Using acupuncture point therapy， acupoint massage， acupoint paste application， and Chinese medicine hot compress therapy， Chinese traditional medicine suitable technologies combined with imaginative breathing difficulty therapy， can effectively alleviate patients' symptoms such as breathing difficulty， pain， fatigue， insomnia， and constipation， improve their psychological health level， reduce their suffering， and enhance their quality of life.
