摘要

本文总结1例中医序贯疗法治疗髋置换术后膝关节僵硬患者的护理经验。根据中医基础理论，开展中药熏洗、中药塌渍、中药热罨包及推拿治疗，同时配合饮食起居护理、心理疏导，患者的膝关节由干预前屈曲60°提高至110°，伸直由干预前120°提高至180°，NPRS评分由干预前3分降至0分。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with knee joint stiffness after hip replacement surgery treated with traditional Chinese medicine sequential therapy. According to the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine， Chinese medicine fumigation， Chinese medicine soaking， Chinese medicine hot compress， and massage treatment were carried out. At the same time， combined with dietary and daily care， psychological counseling， the patient's knee joint flexion increased from 60 ° before intervention to 110 °， extension increased from 120 ° before intervention to 180 °， and the NPRS score decreased from 3 points before intervention to 0 points.
