摘要
本文总结运用面部刮痧联合穴位按摩治疗面瘫风寒袭络证1例的护理体会。根据患者病情做好辨证施护，基于中医基础理论，采取面部刮痧和穴位按摩的中医外治干预措施治疗周围性面瘫，能够有效改善患者的面部神经功能，减轻患者症状，显著提升患者的日常生活质量。
Abstract
This article summarized the nursing experience of one case of facial paralysis due to wind-cold attacking collaterals treated by facial scraping combined with acupoint massage. Based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine， the external treatment of facial scraping and acupoint massage for peripheral facial paralysis can effectively improve the facial nerve function of the patients， alleviate the clinical symptoms of the patient， and significantly improve the quality of daily life of the patient.
