摘要
总结1例老年2型糖尿病合并带状疱疹患者的中西医结合护理。护理要点包括血糖控制、疼痛护理、情志护理及皮肤护理等，经过积极治疗和护理，患者顺利出院。患者出院1个月后随访，皮肤完好，无皮疹及感染，已恢复正常生活。
Abstract
To summarize the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing care of an elderly patient with type 2 diabetes and herpes zoster. The nursing points include blood sugar control， pain care， emotional care， and skin care. After active treatment and care， the patient was discharged smoothly. The patient was followed up one month after discharge， and the skin was intact without rash or infection. They have resumed normal life.
