摘要

本文总结八髎压灸治疗1例盆腔炎性疾病腹痛的护理体会。根据患者临床症状，在完善护理评估的基础上，选取八髎穴实施压灸，治疗期间加强对患者心理护理、饮食指导和生活起居等综合护理干预，1周后患者腹痛数字评分由干预前的6分降低至1分，有效缓解患者腹痛，促进患者恢复。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing experience of eight pressure moxibustion in a case of pelvic inflammatory disease abdominal pain. According to the patients with clinical symptoms， on the basis of perfect nursing assessment， select eight point pressure moxibustion， strengthen treatment during psychological care， diet guidance and life daily life comprehensive nursing intervention， a week later patients with abdominal pain digital score from 6 points to 1 points before intervention， effectively relieve abdominal pain in patients， promote patient recovery， the effect is remarkable.
