摘要

本文报告1例老年冠脉三支病变患者的中西医联合护理。患者为81岁老年女性，因发作性胸闷1周入院，诊断为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病三支病变伴急性非ST段抬高型心肌梗死，通过辨证施护对患者进行护理评估及诊断，实施护理措施。应用皮内针联合中药塌渍中医技术缓解患者双下肢困重感的症状，促进气血循环，改善心功能。通过中西医结合的治疗方法使患者症状得到缓解，生活质量得到提升，以期为更多类似老年冠脉病变患者的中西医结合护理提供借鉴。

Abstract

This article reports the combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing care of an elderly patient with triple coronary artery disease. The patient was an 81 year old female who was admitted to the hospital due to paroxysmal chest distress for one week. She was diagnosed as coronary atherosclerotic heart disease with three branch lesions and acute non ST segment elevation myocardial infarction. Nursing evaluation and diagnosis were carried out for the patient through dialectical nursing， and nursing measures were implemented. The application of intradermal needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine soaking technique can alleviate the symptoms of heaviness in both lower limbs of patients， promote qi and blood circulation， and improve heart function. By combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment methods， patients' symptoms can be alleviated and their quality of life can be improved， in order to provide reference for more elderly patients with coronary artery disease who receive integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing care.
