摘要

本文总结1例中医围刺疗法治疗糖尿病足溃疡患者的护理体会。经过充分调研以及科学系统的评估，确定患者的整体护理方案，以中医护理理论为基础，应用中医围刺疗法治疗糖尿病足溃疡患者，采用辨证施膳、辨证施药、辨证施术及辨证施养等护理措施，促进患者康复。通过中医围刺疗法治疗糖尿病足溃疡，患者治疗耐受力好，达到显著治疗效果。

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing experience of a case of diabetes foot ulcer treated by Chinese medicine peripheral acupuncture. After full investigation and scientific and systematic evaluation， the overall nursing plan of the patients was determined. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine nursing， the peripheral needling therapy of traditional Chinese medicine was applied to treat patients with diabetes foot ulcers. The nursing measures such as dialectical diet， dialectical medicine， dialectical surgery and dialectical nursing were adopted to promote the recovery of patients. Through the treatment of diabetes foot ulcer with Chinese medicine surrounding needling therapy， the patient has good treatment tolerance and achieves significant therapeutic effect.
