摘要

本文总结1例基于气血疏通理论应用耳穴贴压联合手指点穴治疗1例老年多病共存并发肺部感染的护理体会。运用耳穴贴压联合手指点穴技术，同时配合常规护理，如病情观察、生活起居、氧疗、物理治疗、饮食指导、用药指导、情志护理及功能锻炼等，有效缓解老年多病共存并发肺部感染患者咳、痰、喘症状，改善患者睡眠，减轻焦虑。入院10 d后，患者顺利康复出院，随访状态良好。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of elderly patients with multiple comorbidities and concurrent pulmonary infections treated with ear acupressure combined with finger acupoints based on the theory of qi and blood circulation. The use of ear acupressure combined with finger acupressure techniques， combined with routine care such as disease observation， daily living， oxygen therapy， physical therapy， dietary guidance， medication guidance， emotional care， and functional exercise， effectively alleviates cough， phlegm， and wheezing symptoms in elderly patients with coexisting multiple diseases and pulmonary infections， improves patient sleep， and reduces anxiety. After 10 days of hospitalization， the patient recovered smoothly and was discharged with good follow-up status.
