摘要

本文总结1例高度房室传导阻滞患者接受永久起搏器植入治疗及中西医结合护理经验。结合中医调养理念和西医精准医疗技术，为患者制定全方位、个性化的护理方案，实施针对性的护理措施，例如起搏器术后并发症的预防、情志护理、推拿按摩，有效促进患者康复，提高患者的生活质量。中西医结合护理查房有助于提升护士专业知识，提升服务质量的同时提高患者对疾病的认知，提升治疗依从性。

Abstract

This article summarizes the treatment and nursing practice for a patient with high-degree atrioventricular block receiving permanent pacemaker implantation. Combining the concept of Traditional Chinese medicine and precision medical technology of Western medicine， a comprehensive and personalized nursing plan was developed for the patient， and targeted nursing measures were implemented， such as prevention of complications after pacemaker surgery， emotional care， and massage， effectively promoting patient recovery and significantly improving quality of life. Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing rounds can help enhance nurses' professional knowledge， improve service quality， enhance patient’s understanding of diseases， and strengthen treatment compliance.
