摘要
本文总结1例耳穴“三序疗法”治疗类风湿关节炎患者的护理措施。耳穴三序疗法包括耳部按摩，耳穴刮痧和耳穴贴压，通过耳部按摩可以疏通经络气血，调节脏腑阴阳，耳穴刮痧可以改善睡眠，增强免疫力，耳穴贴压加强耳穴持续刺激，减轻关节疼痛，患者经过耳穴“三序疗法”的治疗，疼痛评分明显降低，日常生活能力得到提高，并有效改善了患者的睡眠质量。
Abstract
This paper reviews the effect and nursing measures of "three-order therapy" in a patient with rheumatoid arthritis. Ear three sequence therapy including ear massage， ear point scraping and ear pressure， through ear massage can dredge meridian qi and blood， adjust the viscera of Yin and Yang， ear point scrapping can improve sleep， enhance immunity， ear point pressure strengthen ear continuous stimulation， reduce joint pain， patients with ear after the treatment of "three sequence therapy"， pain score significantly reduced， improve daily life ability， and effectively improve the patient's sleep.
