摘要

本文总结1例急性重症肛周坏死性筋膜炎术后患者的中西医结合护理体会。此患者病情危重，伴焦虑、营养不良及疼痛等多种护理问题，护理难度极大，护理人员通过充分评估，从整体观念出发，以加速康复外科护理为核心，在常规护理的基础上运用中医特色护理及创面护理，有效缓解患者焦虑症状，减轻患者疼痛，促进创面愈合，加快疾病康复，提升患者满意度。

Abstract

This article summarizes the experience of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for a patient with acute severe perianal necrotizing fasciitis after surgery. The patient's condition is critical， accompanied by various nursing problems such as anxiety， malnutrition， and pain， making nursing extremely difficult. Through thorough evaluation and a holistic approach， the nursing staff focused on accelerating rehabilitation surgery nursing as the core， and applied traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing and wound care on the basis of routine nursing to effectively alleviate the patient's anxiety symptoms， reduce pain， promote wound healing， accelerate disease recovery， and improve patient satisfaction.
