摘要

本文总结1例前牙瓷贴面修复术中四手操作配合护理经验。术前做好心理护理、口腔卫生指导、美学蜡型评估、局部麻醉评估和全身状况评估；术中护士通过四手操作协助医生治疗，并持续监测患者状态；术后给予即刻局部冷敷、药物管理、口腔卫生指导和心理支持，确保患者在瓷贴面修复术前、术中及术后获得全面的护理，提升治疗效果和患者满意度。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the experience of four-hand operation and nursing in a case of anterior porcelain veneer restoration. Preoperative psychological nursing， oral hygiene guidance， aesthetic wax assessment， local anesthesia assessment and general condition assessment were done. The intraoperative nurse assisted the doctor with the four-hand operation and continuously monitored the patient's status； Immediate postoperative local cold compress， drug management， oral hygiene guidance and psychological support were given to ensure that patients received comprehensive care before， during and after porcelain veneer repair， so as to improve treatment effect and patient satisfaction.
