摘要

本文总结1例火龙罐联合中药膏摩干预气虚血瘀型心水病便秘的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护，制定个体化的火龙罐和中药膏摩治疗计划，结合生活起居护理、情志护理、用药护理、饮食护理及病情观察等护理措施，以补气、推动血液及津液运行，有效改善患者便秘症状，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of Huo Long Can combined with traditional Chinese medicine ointment massage intervention for constipation caused by Qi deficiency and blood stasis type heart water disease. Based on the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine， an individualized treatment plan for fire dragon jars and traditional Chinese medicine ointment massage is developed. Combined with daily living care， emotional care， medication care， dietary care， and disease observation， nursing measures are taken to replenish qi， promote blood and body fluid circulation， effectively improve constipation symptoms in patients， and enhance their quality of life.
