摘要

本文回顾应用中医外治法干预1例腹腔镜根治性膀胱全切除术患者围手术期的护理体会。本案例以整体护理为指导思想，以人为中心，以护理程序为框架，通过对患者进行护理评估，分析护理要点，根据生理、心理及社会等多方面的需要提供个性化护理。基于子午流注学说理论，将手指点穴技术和艾灸技术联合运用，促进胃肠功能恢复，减轻患者术后腹胀的症状；依据五行音乐疗法，倾听宫调音乐缓解焦虑情绪，并配合疼痛护理，减轻患者术后不舒适，加快康复。

Abstract

This article reviews the perioperative nursing experience of a patient undergoing laparoscopic radical cystectomy who was intervened with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment methods. This case is guided by the concept of holistic nursing， with a human centered approach and nursing procedures as the framework. Through nursing evaluation of patients， nursing points are analyzed， and personalized care is provided based on physiological， psychological， and social needs. Based on the theory of meridian flow injection， the combination of finger acupoint technique and moxibustion technique is used to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and alleviate the symptoms of postoperative abdominal distension in patients； According to the Five Elements Music Therapy， listening to palace tune music can alleviate anxiety， and with pain care， reduce postoperative discomfort and accelerate recovery for patients.
