摘要

本文总结1例膀胱肿瘤电切术后患者发生膀胱痉挛的中西医结合护理体会。护理措施具体包括病情观察、生活起居护理、饮食护理、情志护理、用药护理、中医特色护理及健康宣教等，在常规护理的基础上，以中医辨证为理论，配合采用穴位贴敷、耳部基本按摩手法及耳穴贴压中医技术来缓解患者膀胱痉挛症状。经中西医结合护理，患者症状减轻，顺利拔除尿管，身体各指标恢复正常。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in a patient with bladder spasm after bladder tumor resection surgery. Nursing measures specifically include disease observation， daily living care， dietary care， emotional care， medication care， traditional Chinese medicine characteristic care， and health education. On the basis of routine nursing， traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation is used as the theory， combined with acupoint application， basic ear massage techniques， and ear acupressure traditional Chinese medicine techniques to alleviate patients' bladder spasm symptoms. Through the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing， the patient's symptoms were relieved， the urinary catheter was successfully removed， and all physical indicators returned to normal.
