摘要

本文总结腹部按摩联合超声电导仪应用于1例混合痔患者术后排便困难的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护理论，采取针对性的护理措施，予患者腹部按摩及超声药物导入治疗并配合常规护理，患者排便困难的症状得到明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using abdominal massage combined with ultrasound conductivity meter for postoperative defecation difficulties in a patient with mixed hemorrhoids. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and nursing， targeted nursing measures were taken， including abdominal massage and ultrasound drug introduction therapy， combined with routine nursing care. The patient's difficulty in defecation was significantly improved.
