摘要
本文总结1例股骨颈骨折术后腹泻的患者应用循经温灸刮痧的护理体会。基于中医辨证，选择相应的经络穴位实施循经温灸刮痧，配合饮食调护和肛周皮肤护理，可有效缓解患者腹泻的症状，减轻患者痛苦，避免并发症的发生，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with postoperative diarrhea after femoral neck fracture treated with meridian warming moxibustion and scraping therapy. Based on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation， selecting corresponding meridian acupoints to implement meridian warming moxibustion and scraping therapy， combined with dietary regulation and perianal skin care， can effectively alleviate the symptoms of diarrhea in patients， reduce their pain， avoid the occurrence of complications， and improve their quality of life.
