摘要

本研究旨在阐述中西医结合护理技术如何在骶尾部藏毛窦患者再手术护理过程的应用综合分析。研究涉及术前评估、术前准备、心理护理、营养管理、术后生命体征监测、伤口愈合进展及中医护理技术的应用，包括耳穴压丸、艾条灸、皮内针和穴位贴敷等。结果显示，患者术后恢复状况良好，二便规律，未出现明显疼痛，焦虑状态得到显著改善，恢复顺利，术后三个月回访，患者未出现复发。

Abstract

This study aims to comprehensively analyze the application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing techniques in the reoperation nursing process of patients with sacrococcygeal sinus. The research involves preoperative evaluation， preoperative preparation， psychological care， nutritional management， postoperative vital sign monitoring， wound healing progress， and the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques， including ear acupressure pills， moxa stick moxibustion， intradermal needles， and acupoint application. The results showed that the patient's postoperative recovery was good， with regular bowel movements and no obvious pain. The anxiety state was significantly improved， and the recovery was smooth. After a three-month follow-up， the patient did not experience any recurrence.
