摘要

本文回顾性总结1例患者因进食荷兰豆致堵塞支气管诱发癫痫发作合并高热的中西医护理过程。在完善评估患者病情的基础上，予对症处理，规律全程使用抗生素并结合支气管镜检查取出异物荷兰豆，予药物控制癫痫发作。经治疗，病人高热退去，癫痫症状得到控制，顺利出院。

Abstract

This article retrospectively summarizes the nursing process of a patient with seizures and high fever induced by bronchial obstruction due to eating Dutch beans， using both traditional Chinese and Western medicine. On the basis of improving the assessment of the patient's condition， symptomatic treatment is given， and antibiotics are regularly used throughout the process， combined with bronchoscopy examination to remove foreign bodies of Dutch beans， and medication is given to control epileptic seizures. After treatment， the patient's high fever subsided， epilepsy symptoms were controlled， and the patient was discharged smoothly.
