摘要

本文总结1例中医化腐清创术联合涂法治疗脚湿气患者的护理报告。西医临床治疗此病主要采取口服和外用抗真菌药物，容易产生耐药性，停药后易复发；中医以外治法为主，直达病灶，效果明显。结合此病例分析，证实中医化腐清创术联合涂法对于治疗脚湿气患者有显著的疗效，有效减轻患者的临床症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes a nursing report on a patient with foot dampness treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine disinfection and debridement techniques and application methods. The clinical treatment of this disease in Western medicine mainly adopts oral and topical antifungal drugs， which are prone to drug resistance and recurrence after discontinuation； Traditional Chinese medicine focuses on external treatment methods， directly targeting the lesion with significant effects. Based on the analysis of this case， it has been confirmed that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） disinfection and debridement techniques and application methods has significant therapeutic effects on patients with foot dampness， effectively reducing their clinical symptoms.
