摘要

本文总结1例成人隐匿性自身免疫性糖尿病（LADA）护理体会。全面评估患者病情，通过症状及主要临床表现，并做好护理干预工作，观察中医耳穴压丸、皮内针对患者的治疗效果。经过15 d治疗，患者病情和症状得到有效的控制，治疗效果显著且成本低、操作简单、安全性高，可供临床参考借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarized the nursing experience of a case of adult latent autoimmune diabetes （LADA）. Comprehensively evaluate the patient's condition， assess the symptoms and main clinical manifestations， and carry out nursing interventions to observe the therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine ear acupressure pills and intradermal therapy on the patient. After 15 days of treatment， the patient's condition and symptoms were effectively controlled， and the treatment effect was significant with low cost， simple operation， and high safety， which can be used as a reference for clinical practice.
