摘要
结肠镜检查是目前诊断结肠疾病并进行治疗的重要手段，而高质量的肠道准备是结肠镜检查顺利完成的重要条件，直接影响结肠镜检查的成功与否，肠道准备应做到安全、迅速、简便，且患者痛苦小、肠腔清洁度高。本案例通过商阳穴手指点穴联合聚乙二醇电解质散应用于结肠镜检查前的肠道准备，减少患者肠道准备时间，促进排便，以提高舒适度和依从性高，值得临床推广。
Abstract
Colonoscopy is currently an important means of diagnosing and treating colon diseases， and high-quality intestinal preparation is an important condition for the smooth completion of colonoscopy， which directly affects the success of colonoscopy. Intestinal preparation should be safe， rapid， and simple， with minimal patient pain and high intestinal cleanliness. This case involves the application of Shangyang acupoint finger points combined with polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder for intestinal preparation before colonoscopy， reducing the patient's intestinal preparation time， promoting bowel movements， and improving comfort and compliance. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
