摘要

本文总结1例耳穴贴压治疗胸痹心痛患者失眠的护理。通过对患者实施耳穴贴压中医护理技术，同时配合病情观察、生活起居及饮食指导等常规护理，患者的睡眠质量、焦虑程度及健康状况得到明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing of insomnia in a patient with chest obstruction and heartache treated with ear acupressure. By implementing traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques such as ear acupressure for patients， combined with routine care such as disease observation， daily living， and dietary guidance， the patient's sleep quality， anxiety level， and health status have been significantly improved.
